Project Overview
This project is the brake caliper assembly and testing equipment of Aisin Group. The production line consists of 16 single machines. The first 15 machines are used to assemble and test the brake caliper, and the 16th machine is used to perform comprehensive performance testing. The testing instruments for this project include Unipass tester, Cosmo low-voltage tester, Cosmo medium-voltage tester, Keyence high-voltage tester, Kistler charge amplifier, current detector, Ono tester (to detect noise and vibration) and other testing instruments.
