Circular cement resistor assembly and welding

Project Overview

This project is a fully automatic assembly machine for circular cement resistors. The main functions of the machine are to automatically measure the length of circular cement resistors, assemble iron caps, and automatically weld leads. Manually pour the iron caps and resistors into the hopper, and the equipment can start fully automatic production. The equipment is designed based on many years of experience in the resistor production industry to ensure that the resistor iron caps are firmly assembled and the lead welding defect rate is low.
